Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services sold by Capital Intelligence (trading as THRONE) through throneog.com and associated subdomains. By purchasing any product, you agree to this policy.

Digital Products — All Sales Final

All digital products (including guides, courses, downloads, and digital content) are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is materially defective or not as described.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product was materially defective or not delivered as described.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
  • The product could not be accessed or downloaded due to a platform error on our side.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at omar@throneog.com with:

  • Your order number or confirmation email
  • The product name
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
